21.12 less revs per mile than stock wheels/tires?

While chillin on this slow day at work I was playing around on discount tires' "tire calculator" http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/infoTireMath.dos and it shows I am getting 21.12 less revolutions per mile than would the "Original Equipment Tire Size". I was just wondering what impact/affect does this have on the engine/transmission etc?

22.2* the circumference of your tire (in miles) is how much your odometer is coming up short. it's not going to be very much..

how much does a speedometer/odometer calibration cost? I was planning on getting 195/60/14 tires but the odometer being off makes me nervous...the speedo issues wouldn't really bother me.

there are three stock sizes, depending on your model:

                195/60-14 (usually early 318)
                195/65-14 (all 325?)
                205/55-15 (M3, ix)

195/60-14 is what my car says on the door jamb. Must be an 87 thing.
