    Need to confirm...

Picking up 16x7 et35 wheels and I plan to run a 10mm spacer with 225/45's

Is this correct? Or should I run a 15mm? Also, where should I buy the spacers?

I think the 15x7 weaves were et25 so going by that 10mm should be ok

if you're running 225s, I would not go with 15mm, 10mm will probably work. 15mm spacers if you really roll the fenders. But I only have 205s on my 16x7 et25 wheels and I have plenty of clearance.

who makes 10mm hubcentrics? anyone? i thought i saw a post about BMP.... but how accurate is any information around here.... not very

anyway, for certain there are H&R 15mm spacers. i've owned some at one point. they would obviously put you at ET20mm with a 7in wide wheel.

there is one friend of Kyle, bimmer8604 who had like those Ronal R15 or whatever wheels and ET15 I believe, and still ran 225s. you can search for yourself. but who cares if you have to modify the fenders. . . that'd be pimp

and anyway, it's not like you are that low with Sports.

if they will work, I would be tempted to go with the 15mm spacers to fill out the fenders better. and stock 15x7 basketweaves have an offset of 24mm, not 25.

15mm spacers with 225's will be really damn close to the fender but you might be able to get by with rolled fenders. What springs are you on? You're going to want to be stiff to avoid bashing the fenders when turning.

My rims are 16x7" ET20 with 205 tires and they are on the verge of rubbing but never have.

With 10mm spacers you'd be perfect, but who makes 10mm spacers?

get in touch with Kyle and find out more about his friend's car. i can't quite post a link as everything i browse is encrypted to be anonymous still. . . . but search for "pics" with poster bimmer8604. pics from an auto-x

close to the fender looks a whole helluva a lot better. look at the pics, you'll agree.

i love the way my ET17 15x7s come out to the fender. . .

Know why? Because it's about impossible to find anything less than 15mm with a proper 57mm hubcentric lip, and without that you will have vibration issues.

15mm, front and back. 225's will work with rolling, if you want to. Anything less than that will mount without modification.

Ya I would really like to run 15's if possible. My rear fenders are already rolled for these MiM wheels I have which are like et12 or et17, very low offset. With the 225's on those and rolled fenders I am fucking up the tires.

PS, currently on HR sports but swapping to IE 3's

i'm not sure if that's the link or if it won't work, but search for offsets that work with 15x7 by me. and also for a reply by Greg: "ET 18 to ET 26 for 15x7. I run 15x7 et 20"

As others mentioned, there aren't any 10mm OTS spacers that are actually hubcentric.

Get 15mm H&Rs, run 225's, and roll harder if you have to. With the IEs you should be fine though, stiff springs mean less rubbing.

FWIW, my wheels are 16x7 ET25 with 225's. Never rubbed, stock fenders.

I got mine from TMS for $100 a pair, in 20mm fitment. I think the 15mm ones are $5 cheaper. I would suggest getting the TMS 75mm studs too, its about $96 for all 16 + another $20 or so for lug nuts. Putting on rims + spacers without studs isn't very fun.

I had every intention to stick with the MiM's but they simply will not fit, the rear tires are getting raped
