I have a set of 14" baskets and they all have some curb rash from the previous owner. Can damage like this be repaired? What would it typically cost to have them fixed and cleaned?
Can the curb rash on my weaves be repaired?

probably not worth paying to have them fixed unless you know somebody who will do it cheap, they aren't worth a whole lot. you're better off doing it yourself, you can file down most of the rash and fill in the bad spots with filler putty, and paint them yourself pretty easily. -
Depending on the amount of curb rash
Repair should run you $75 - $125 per wheel depending on where you live and who you go to. At $125 per wheel, you'd probably be better off spending a little bit more to get some new wheels. Ronal LS are 15" basketweaves that make a nice upgrade both visually and in terms of performance. But if you go to a 15", you'll also have to buy new tires as the ones on your stock 14" basketweaves wont fit of course.Comment

I dremel tool with grinding bits can do it, but its honestly not worth the time and effort (don't spend any money doing it either) for bottlecaps.Comment
