I don't know if they are worth anything for investment purposes, but I totally broke even on my set when I sold them. That ain't bad ya know. I think if you can put together a set for under $1300, than you would be in good shape.

Obviously adapters if you can't find 4x100. They will keep their value better if the are left unmolested.

if you buy 16" RS's five lugs don't expect they have value. if you really like RS's look for these and ready for 3k +.

Granted, he probably has that into them, but they're still a lot for 25 year old wheels

18s are kind of a different animal, those actually are somewhat rare, like an rs003. Those are rotifrom up-sized it looks like, so thats kind of a grey area.

OP, I would never buy wheels for a profitable investment. But you probably won't loose money on them, unlike buying a new set of XXRs.

Yep. You can get them new. Maybe not for our cars but they were selling them in 17-20" at the la auto show. Brand spanking new

20" BBS rs? BBS discontinued the RS in '95... Only 20" was the RS2 or RS-GT which were a completely different wheel. You sure you're not confusing them for the HRE vintage re-releases?

Edit: there is also the "Super RS" but that is also a different wheel then the OG rs. Much bigger center and 2 piece.

They will never go out of style. Therefore great investment.

that's like saying you can still buy a new 3 series, and that the car they build now is the same as an E30.
