Which Tire For Eurowreaves

I've been using Yokohama 205/55 S drives for a while. they seem to be pretty grippy & descent price range for DD and spirited canyon work. As mentioned 205/55 is closest to stock diameter so speedo/gearing is still good. No clearance issues even if car is dropped. The tread width is listed as 7.4 " so has a pretty good footprint and the 55 aspect fills the wheel well ok.

205/60 because extra meat really helps hook up.
Also fills out that wheel gap.

Here's my Plus zero setup. 225/50/15 falkens. Surprisingly common size and tire. I had the stock 205/55/15 before but they were a bit bubbly instead of beefy.

Yeah it was the first tire I looked up since I liked them on my RS's. That's N2MYE30's vert. Here is a link to a bunch of photos of his cars. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact specs of his setup.

Don't get 205/50, go with a 205/55 or a 225/50. I ran 205/50 for a while, did not like the undersize.

Thanks, I am just thinking to get a good brand tire for the Euroweaves and I don't think I need All season but UHP choices are limited...I guess I am open to any size now...and looks like 205/50-15 has the most choices for tire...

I agree, unfortunately they don't come in 15". I had a set of the DWS on my 16" RS's.

OP, i'm in the same boat as you (just bought a set of euroweaves on ebay). And I was looking at tire options in both 205/55 and 205/50 on tirerack.

I think I am going to settle for the Kumho Ecsta 4X in 205/55. It's a all season UHP, but as far as tire rack goes its got better ratings than the other summer tires for those sizes. As mentioned that is the stock size , and here is a shot of what a 205/55 will look like on euroweaves.... perfect.

not sure these are available in 205/55/15....i would look for michelin pilot exalto PE2 in the 205/55/15 they are excellent. i used them once and got them from tirerack but they stopped selling them in the 15's and went with bridgestone adrenalin which are shit in comparison but there are probably places that can get them or have some stock left if discontinued in that size

I think they are Falkens but i have too many sets and get them confused.

Didn't know 225 fit Eurowreaves...

a lot better than 195's on 9inch rims
