Those look dead on Dinan wheels. Same manufacture? Steve Dinan said his wheels were made in Japan.

I believe I have heard that Dinan's rims are manufactured by Fikse.

Hmmm......3" fender flares, 12" wide wheel.......that's going to be a VERY low offset!

With that kind of combination, your wheel might need to have a.....-100 offset to be flush!
