Seriously Ben, don't pull the trigger until you hear back from them. Also, you may want to consider the benefits multi-piece wheels offer for a track car application. Mess up an outer shell, no big deal. Rules change (allowing a wider rim), no problem.Garrick

Yeah, I'm not in any hurry.
The multi-piece wheels thing is definitely something I'm pretty keen on. My girlfriend bent one of her SSR GT2's a few months ago and we just went through a month-plus ordeal of having it repaired, not being happy with the quality of the repair, and trying to find a replacement (they're long discontinued).
I've also been meaning to send my BBS RS 003's to BBS America in Georgia to have them gone over and any damaged pieces replaced. Hopefully I'll get around to doing that soon.
So yeah, I am aware of the benefits of a 2 or 3 piece wheel :)...
I think, though, if I could get say 5 sets of 4x100 ET25 or ET30 15x7 TE37's made up specially, that I could find a few E30 folks with deep enough pockets to want to have a set as well.

Keep in mind that Kodiak also makes shells for BBS centers. Very popular in among the VW crowd. Probably cheaper than BBS too...Garrick

I know, I'm severely tempted...but since they're the real-deal-honest-to-goodness RS's, I want to have real BBS parts on 'em. Anal, I know.
If they were Konigs, I wouldn't care.

Found a line on some 15x6.5" Volk TE37's. Offset of 28. $340 each. I'm seeing weight listed at 8.8lbs on some sites, waiting for actual confirmation on that.
