Would I be able to fit these on a car with H&R race and billy sports without rolling fenders?
Yup, with 215/40/17 tires. It'll be very close.

With a 6" wide rim, sure. Otherwise, not really.

just wanted to thank you for your help.
The fronts (235/40/17) made it so i had to raise the front of the car up alot, probably an inch and a half. But i dont care about being low. I think it looks great!
I told you i would show some pics when it was done!
so heres the link tothe showroom thread

Getting the sidewall heights to match will be tough. I'd honestly go with 205/45/16 all around.

Hey guys, i'm looking at a set of 16x9.5" vette wheels, i can't find info on them other than:

                    16"x9.5" 38mm (6.7" backspacing)

I know the bolt pattern is wrong but I'm planning on running adapters, would these fit in the fronts or am i going to poke like it's prom night and I've been eating viagra like pez?

                            Quick question:
Which wheel will stick out farther, a 17x10 with et20 or a 16x8 et11? How much farther will it stick out?
                            Thanks
                            Erik

                              The 17x10. About 5/8" more.

You'd have to run at least 33mm of spacing just to clear the front struts. And yes, they'll be poking out A LOT without like 4 degrees of negative camber.
