    I'd recommend 20mm front 25mm rear.

      I have an 89 325ic right now I have 14x6.5 with a 30 mm offset
I want to put on 1989 15x7 ix wheels with a 41 offset
so my inner clearance will be 17mm less (the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)
and my outer position will retract by 5mm
Outer Position: (position of the outside edge of the wheel

what does this mean as far as spacers go? and also what kind of lugs will i need?
thanks in advance! I have searched like crazy and have not found a real clear answer other than 15 mm spacers but if I dont need them than I'd rather not run them...

You need spacers. I recommend 15mm front and 20mm rear, with 205/55 tires.

Nope, that's perfect and how BBS designed them to be run. Are you running offset control arm bushings?

yup - is that what's causing the problem? i'm also running on H&R sport springs, but that's only supposed to drop by 1.25". shocks are bilstein HDs.

                    Enkei 15x7 spacers?

I am thinking of running Enkei RPF1 15x7 ET 35 (they are also available in ET 41) on my M30 89 vert running M3 springs. I expect to run a 225/50/15 tire. I am trying to decide on spacer thickness and am guessing 10 mm front and back putting the ET at 25. Would this plan work well? Maybe it would it be better to go a little wider in the rear? I don't want to roll my fenders. What do you think?

Yes, with the offset bushings clearance becomes tight up front. If the rubbing isn't too obnoxious just let it go.

T's were made in 2 different offsets, one fits (+20) the other doesn't (+30 or 35, can't remember).

10mm spacers won't have a proper hubcentric lip. Get the 41 offset version, then run 15mm spacers to get the clearance you need for 225s.

Interesting wheels. Should work with appropriately cute tires (175/65?)

Looking at more common steel wheels from jap cars.

I want a set of 15x6 corrado steelies but people are holding onto those for dear life. A new set is $260 shipped, but figured id look for something cheaper during the winter.
