Dunno. This is definitely a set of BBS RS005 wheels in 16x7. Maybe he had them rebuilt a long time ago. The heads of these things are old and rusty. I am almost cheap enough to clean them up and powder coat them vs. replace them.

I have a set of RKII's that i'm going to get the lips polished. I was thinking it was just a torx bit, but i didn't look at it too much.

i would try contacting BBS directly.

          oh, and taken from bf.c

yep, works fine- I have a wrench from an old e32-- fits the Rs caps just fine.-- looks a little bit different than the one in the brochure though.

Mine appear to be a male 12 point torx type tool. A T40 will fit, but is very loose, so I am affraid to try incase it damages the bolts. I have the info saved on the torque settings but can not find anything on what tool is needed or where to get. Guess I will give BBS a call and see what I can come up with through them...

On closer inspection, I am a tool. The bolts in my RS005s are normal splined head bolts like everyone elses.
