Actually, I have owned a bunch of cars I should not have fit in. But after a few minor (?) modifications all was well.
Here's a short list of cars I have owned and driven comfortably: 1967 MGB, 1987 Pontiac Fiero, 1989 BMW 325 i convertible, 1981 Ferrari 308, 2000 Ford Escort.
The Ferrari required the largest modification, but I got it to work.

Also remember, if you have planned this out for an exact day of arrival your cargo may end up in a customs hold, or may simply be delayed in unloading or transit. Either of those can add anywhere between a day and two weeks of delay.

I’m 6’1” and track my Touring on days that I’m instructing. With even my helmet on, I sit comfortably without contacting the headliner. Though, I do have Recaro’s in mine with a tilt back for better leg/arm alignment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

When sitting in the backseat the fabric of the headliner seems much closer to my head though, compared with a sedan or coupe. I suppose the flip up backseat needs more space to make it work.
Do note that I have not actually measured this.

I fit okay in my iX Touring, am 2.04m myself
However the steering wheel could have been a little bit more away from the dash (mtech2)
