on the Hagerty's... Its OK I have had far better luck with Grundy, plus they offer unlimited mileage.

On parting it out... It's totaled and in Florida you cannot buy your own vehicle back.

It just so happens that their offer has drastically increased after their insurance company spoke with my lawyer.

If you had full coverage above and beyond (like Hagert'ys is) they would give you full cash value of the car irregardless of the other driver's insurance. $0 deductible means if you smash it into a tree, you get the full value, then THEY will file suit against the other insurance company if another vehicle was involved. My e30 gets totaled, I get $10k since that was my stated value.

put hagerty on my car $25,000 is the agreed value so I'm good. had normal insurance before would been screwed if something happened .
