    WTB: LSD for an E34 525i - No longer needed, thank you!

    No longer needed, thank you!

    I have a buddy with a 525i that would like to get a LSD. I'm not too familiar with the 5 series but I know he wouldn't want something that would make his gearing very short, his car is manual. Lemme know what you have!

      most ppl go 3.46 but that ratio in an LSD is getting harder to find. I may have a buddy that has one stashed away. what is in there now?

              best way to go is pick up e30 2.93 LSD guts and use them in an e34 pumpkin. thats what i did

                  Ah ha, interesting... Any e34 diff case would work (for the model he has of course)? As in I'd probably recommend he buy another open whatever cheap diff so we could do the exchange while his car is driving around.
