1990 e34 535i after market headunit install questions

Hey I'm trying to install an an aftermarket headunit into my dads 91 535i so he can use Bluetooth to play his music. I figured it would be pretty similar to my 84 325e. But the wring it very different and I don't quite understand how to wire it up. I looked at adapter plugs and other threads on the Internet but they don't look like they will work? If anyone can help I would appreciate it. This is what I'm dealing with.

    Thanks

Here's my old thread from when I installed my head unit:

I forget where I found the diagram that I mentioned towards the end of that thread, but the pics at the very bottom of this page should be a good start:

BMW E34 5 series, Tuning, repairs, troubleshooting.
    85 325e m60b44 6 speed / 89 535i
    e30 restoration and V8 swap

If the stock Amp is still in pace in the car you will want to be sure you are using the blue antenna signal wire to power up the Amp.
