    I got screwed by Boborko1979

Hey everybody, I wanted to see if anybody else had bad experiences with Boborko1979. His paypal petinko@rogers.com, and his name on paypal is Lucia kovacova. He is at member status. I purchased some ellipsoid parts for my deer-hit cabby from him on March 26 for $80 through paypal. Since then he has not replied to any of my messages. Its been four weeks, and I have sent him about 6 messages and 3 emails threatening a paypal claim with deadlines and everything, and he has not responded. He has been posting on R3V in the meantime, so I know he has been active. I filed a claim on paypal and he is still not responding.

The thing that really sucks is I have not been able to drive my car at night for a month cause of this guy! This sucks just as bad.

Any insight or advice would be appreciated.

by the way, I NEED ELLIPSOIDS!!!

    Thanks
    Brian

                Hi Brian.

Delivery is about two weeks with regular shipping. If he shipped a day or two after payment, then you should get your stuff this week. Also, you can't blame that guy as being the reason for not driving at night for a month if you only paid two weeks ago
Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Today will make 3 weeks, and no replies? C'mon. I have the paypal claim at resolution status. If I don't get it by the weekend I'll elevate the claim for reimbursement.

Basically a complete driver side set including brackets. I can buy a pair though, because my passenger low beam has a crack through it.

UPDATE: No ellips, no responses. He was on R3V at 11:50 today. I even posted a message on his public page- still nothing. I elevated the paypal dispute to a claim.

Wouldn't you at least respond and say it got lost in the mail, or I was sick, or my gramma died or something? Jeez.

I already bought a set of ellipsoids on bimmerforums so Im all set.

There's been a shitload of these threads lately. I don't understand whats so hard about shipping something or contacting the buyer. You can even ship from your house and have the post office pick the package up these days.

Was paypal helpful at all? I had a similar situation with a non-shipping dickhead and paypal didn't do shit. If you know where the guy lives you can contact the local PD and see if they're willing to help.
