    Need Horn Contact!

Short story: the black plastic retainer bushing on the back of our E30's horn contact assembly (behind the steering wheel) disintegrated when I tried to disconnect the wire from (unnecessarily, as it turns out) causing the "guts" to spill out. The BMW P/N is 32331350750, for all of the good it will do.

Those contact assemblies are now made of unobtainium, so does anyone have a used one? I would even take only the "guts" (carbon contact, spring and connector) because I think that I can fab a bushing to retain them in the original black plastic "sleeve" which is still intact.

Please help; this is my wife's car and, believe me, she needs that horn!

    Pictured is a complete assembly.

Do you have pictures of the pieces? I feel like this shouldn't be that hard to remake out of normal electrical components.
