    I was reading the owners manual the other day and noticed that the manual recommends holding the throttle partially down for hot starts (surprised I had missed that all these years). I have not tried it yet because we have had no hot weather yet. I have always had minor hot starting issues with all 325i and 325iX cars that I have owned, but not on M10 318i or 325eta.
