    Widest tires with rolled fenders?

What are the biggest/widest wheels and tires people have run with their fenders rolled?

225 fit pretty good. depending on the offset of the wheel

on my 318is w/ e30 m3 five lug set up with a smorgasbord of spacers, i run 245 40 17 hoosiers at all four corners with no rubbing. I dont know what size that would be on a normal tire as hoosiers tends to run big.

The biggest I tend to see without pretty extreme measures is 245

235/245 is a safe bet with the right offsets.

Much if any larger than that is going to require some alteration to paint and body work.

I think a 315/30/18 would fit with only slight lift

this equates to 24.5" x 10" external dimentions

I would LOVE to fit the Hoosier 275/35 15's under stock rolled fenders.
These are in 23" x 10.8" dimentions... almost an inch wider but 1.5" shorter.
My car is on IE3's and I want to raise it back up about a half inch all around... I think they just might fit. And we're talking about putting them on 15x9 rims.

If you want to actually look up the fitments, scan the official wheel/tire fitment thread and note down the diameter and width using tire racks spec sheets.
                        ie: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.j...irePageLocQty=

forget offset values, they are worthless when talking about squeezing fatties under stock fenders. the offset will be what it needs to be once the external dimentions are understood. Plus it will vary with rim width and diameter too, so that topic of discussion is moot.

ive always wanted to run 285/30-18 on all 4 corners... not sure what it would really take to fit them. Probably m3 style fenders that are 1"-2" wider than stock m fenders. Just imagine the grip though!
