You can hit it with a heat gun. They make an cone-shaped tip accessory for heat guns to concentrate the heat to a small area. Make sure you’re using that

If you’re referring to the rear seat, it’s prudent to do that. Although if you’re steady and careful you can just aim the nozzle at the button. And yes start off with the lower setting.
