I had American Collectors for my 73 2002 and they where good, no claims though. I wanted agreed value on my e39 Touring but they wouldn't cover it.
I changed to Hagerty when I bought my 90 M3 and went through an Agent Paul who has had a booth at many of the Vintage events. He's licensed in 50 states to sell Hagerty.
He did the Heritage agreed Value on all three of my BMW's, if totaled they payout and you keep the car. 60k on M3 plan to raise it to 75k I think, 45k on the 2002 and he got me 25k on the Touring which is what I asked for.
I have AAA for my daily's. I found it better going to an Agent then getting a random person on an 800 number.
