in canada i've brought parts in from europe and asia with no tarrifs. it can't travel through the US is all. toyota and a couple others are setting up distribution networks here to circumvent paying US duties, but there isn't a pile yet for classic cars.

edit: most companies worldwide no longer believe the insanity there will stop after either midterms or the next general election. as a result they are beginning to set up networks where they feel it may be more stable.

URO outsources production of its parts to other companies.
The same is true about MVP and BMW.

The E30 fuel level sender is a relatively simple device with 2 wires inside.
As you can see these wires can rust and the floating plastic thing can disintegrate with age.
