    Vert Versus coupe...
Hemingway said it best. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely games.”

the one with iC at the end is a convertible. this means it has a cloth roof, which can be lowered so that the car has no roof. because of this, the chassis of the convertible is weaker, so it is strengthened in other places, which adds weight. the convertible also has a slightly different interior.

the iS has a limited slip differential, and a cute little spoiler on the trunk, like the one in my signature.

Only the early verts. After '88 (or around that time), it became an option.

              Sucks for me.

Jack up the rear of your car and put it in neutral

Spin one of your rear tires... if the other rear tire spins the same way then you've got LSD, if it spins the opposite direction then it's an open diff.

Also if the diff is ever out of your car you can check for the white "S" stamped on top:

(this one is kind of faded but you get the idea)

you could also run your vin and check if your car wasent molested. and see if it was optioned on your car. ive checked mine and mine also says it in the vin breakdown of my car of having a 25% lsd

Search function? Hell, Google would do the trick.
