Bike is bad ass, but there is no use for it here in texas.. so I would never need one.

Someones jealous. As far as I've read... BMW's bike will be "within range" of the 1000cc Japanese bikes.

Hah not jealous, just providing info. I can't afford either anyways - plus I'd never buy that big of a bike.

...or that new for that matter.

your kidding right? texas has some of the best rides in the nation. Especially the hill country roads just a few minutes outside SA to Leakey, Ingram, Vanderpool, Fredericksburg, and any shitty town in between.

headlights suck but its still an awesome bike on paper.Anxiously await mag reviews and seeing it in person.

Dude, every liter bike from Asia looks identical now. So that video would work for Kawisaki, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki.

That being said, I looked over a '09 R6-S last night in black... I think I found the new toy. It's reasonable at ~$8600 MSRP that I could leave that in the garage and only ride it when the mood suits and not be bummed about the "ultra expensive bike I never ride."
