I am looking at ebay to see some parts alright and i came across this chip that says it will give your car 100+HP, is it even reaL?

sure, a $27 ebay chip - with FREE shipping(!) will give you another 100 hp! :dot::loco:

If you read it, it says that it will give you an increase of 20%, i.e. if you have 100 hp, it will give you ~120 hp.

Of course, this is complete bullshit. Theres a reason that a good chip is expensive, because you get what you pay for. A 27 dollar chip just won't do it. And theres a good chance that it will actually decrease performance, cause shitty idle or a number of other things... don't waste the cash

I may come off like a prick, but come on, do you have common sense. If it's too good to be true, it usually is.
If you want a chip, get a Mark D chip. It will be more money, but it'll be worth it.
