What is Cutco, like a cross between a barbershop and Costco?

I'm sorry that you work at Starbucks. How much longer until your soul is completely drained?

Yes, cutco is knives. My old roomate/friend was a rep for them. I was so sad when she moved out so that my best friend could move in. I miss her knives. I have never had more fun in the kitchen.

ALTHOUGH, I was going to buy a set from her, but never got around to it. Good thing too. Shortly after my new and current roommie moved in, she cut her thumb with the crap knives I have. Sliced the upper skin right off. Had she done it with a cutco knife, I have NO DOUBT that it would have gone right through the bone.

                          Cancer research.

I study the effects and causes of cardiotoxicity from anthracyclines on rabbits, rats, and humans via metabolism of the C13 carbonyl to it's alcohol metabolite. Kinetic characterization and inhibition studies of rabbit heart, rat heart, and human carbonyl reducase are end goals, however purification of the rabbit heart carbonyl reductase from tissue is my current focus.

It wasn't an issue of her having to use more force to cut, the knife slipping and therefor cutting of the top of her finger....if it was a cutco knife in that case, the force needed to properly apply knifing technique would have been sufficient... i get where you are coming from.

The issue WAS, she is sometimes a bull in a china shop and was working way to fast and clumsy with the knife... Had she had a sharp ass knife, she would have been in trouble.

                              :)
