Michael Jackson - Cardiac Arrest

To those of you who haven't heard,

"We've just learned Michael Jackson was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Los Angeles ... and we're told it was cardiac arrest and that paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance."

What are everyone's thoughts on this? From what I've heard, by the time the paramedics arrived, he was already not breathing, meaning there is an extremely high chance he is already brain dead.

It's sad to see a music legend go down like this.
