^^Um, it doesnt have power windows? Then... what does it have?
Are your switches just not functioning properly? Usually dirty contacts are the biggest issues with the factory power window setup. Converting to crank windows is the least of your problems, from the sound of it.
Head gasket and water pump will take you a weekend to do, dont worry about it too much. It's not much money either, just effort.
And a general question-- What are crank window setups worth? I've got a set that's been collecting dust in the garage for ages.

@Wheelhop-- You save a good bit of weight (the weight of the motors). The door feels much lighter with crank windows than electric. Especially if you remove the door bar while you are in there. I really probably should put them in, but I've been getting my crank window fix from the 2002 lately.
