Keep in mind, the chrome tabs for the screws will be painted blue along with the license plate screw cover caps which are not shown in the pic. Also It will have the original Red Font Month registration sticker along with the 2010 yellow registration sticker to match the yellow font. Also the entire plate will be new once I get it redone...... yes it's anal.

I'm personally going with option #3 but I'm a bit iffy so I wanted you guys' opinion.

I vote for chrome frame. You don't really have a use for the filler because the car is black, you can't barely see it. But it would go well with the other euro-ness.
