4th-- coast down to 3000 and shift into 5th @ 80

1st: Anywhere from 3500-5000
2nd: 3500-4000
3rd: 3500 or less
4th: 3000

That is, unless I'm on a straightaway with little traffic...;)

normal driving, 2000-2500rpm. with 4.10s and a stroker.. I don't really see the need to beat up on my car driving to work or the store, although I'll rev up to 7000-7200 once or twice a trip because it needs to be driven.

if I don't come to a complete stop, I can go into 2nd as low as 800rpm
