in the first place this is the wrong forum you are asking, go to s14.net you'll get precise answers and estimates, s14 not running or not, I will take it, paid mine for under 10k usd, well above the mileage of that m3, even the front fenders are dot replacements, it is a clean titlle , those cars if you get it to run, put all the front pieces together, can be insured at stated value for no less than 15k, at that you already made your money!;)
