I finally got a hold of him after putting up a dispute on his gf's Paypal account(where I sent the money to for the lights). He said that he couldn't transfer money over because of the dispute and so I took it down. 2 days passes and he said that the dispute was still up and he cant transfer the money over yet. Another day passes and now he can't get a hold of his gf which is now is ex....WTF... and now he has to start his own Paypal so he can pay me. A week has passed now and his Paypal still isn't verified.

So I told him that I have his address from AC Nico and if its really this hard for him to transfer the money over then I will have someone pick it up. He tells me that he moved but you can have your friend meet me at my new apartment in Anaheim but doesn't give me an address. Then he mentioned that he just got the tail lights back from USPS and I told him that reelizmpro ratted you out on r3v and told me you sold it to him. He replies back by saying that he has 2 sets and he did sell one of them to reelizmpro. BULLSHIT AFTER BULLSHIT.

I'm calling Paypal tomorrow and see if I can re-open the dispute but I've read that once you close the dispute you can't re-open it. Hopefully Paypal can reverse this transaction and I get my money back. This sucks because my girl paid for those lights as an early birthday gift for me.

Paypal isn't going to reopen a dispute. You might be out of luck from that standpoint.
