I had a 78 it was cool but not that fast, much later I had a 92 twin turbo that was monster fast, helped me lose my license for six months by getting 13 tickets in 18 months (or was it 18 tickets in 13 months?) hmmmmmmmmmmmm either way they are cool cars, but I never raced one (I stopped racing at all after losing my license)

I got him on the launch every time, but after that it was like we were parked...
Dead even with each other.
It's was pretty much a drivers race, but the cars are dead even.

I have an ETA so I wanted to hear by how much a 325i beat it or how a bone stock 325e kept up with it.

i've seen people hook these things up with domestic motors and run hugeass tires. they're pretty mean when they have actual power.

Yep. Pre-79 Z cars are a bit smaller and lighter (hence faster). Those straight-6s sound pretty sick when equipped with triple twin-choke Weber carbs and free-flow exhaust :twisted:
