Definately spend it on the chassis and have that up and running strong before the engine power is increased. Do suspension and brakes firstly and then focus on new tyres/ wheels (possibly) before a large engine upgrade.
get a fart can, lotsa neon lights inside and out, as many stickers as you can find, the biggest wing at pep boys, and maybe a real cool body kit-pref. a "combat kit" built for a honda. almost forgot, get a set of those flashing valve stem caps too! really go for suspension, new bushings, wheels 17s, and new paint if it needs it like prev. said here, make the car handle theextra power before you add the extra power
my suspension is the Bilstein Sport & H&R springs combo w/Suspension Techniques Swaybars. It's an awesome setup, and not too expensive. I'll reccommend those.

the majority of the forum worships GC and sparco bars, you know that.
I'm just trying to let him have a place to start, and shorten the long list of what I'd do in his spot to just wheels/tires, suspension, and chip. If he was looking for opinions on what he should put in for his friend, that is what he got. If he wants to do something other than that, that's fine.....but that's what I like, or would like.
I never said he had to do anything, simply suggested he start there.
