BMW makes factory rubber floormats specifically for E30s. People told me otherwise, but I contacted the dealership, and be hold, they do in fact have E30 rubber floormats (only for the front).
I purchased mine for around 60 CAD. They also come with 2 holes and plastic retaining screw to set it in place - though the mats don't move so they are not necessary.

Picked up a new in the box set of Lloyds mats from a buddy for $100. Mine are embroidered BMW on the front mats (Lloyd's isn't allowed to embroider BMW on their mats anymore) and are secured with snaps that screw in place. They don't move anywhere and look swank.

Close to my level of dumpage of coin on floor mats. ;)
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.
