the drivers side quarter panel is bowed out a very little bit but its noticable and the trunk doesnt latch... the doors seem fine and the trunk floor might be pushed in a little its hard to tell.

Does not seem to bad. A good shop like Haury's Lake City Collision in Seattle can pull that all out. They've done some amazing things fixing PRO3 E30 race cars that should have gone to the crusher.
