Has anyone added a sunroof to their car that did not come with one?

So my E30 did not come with a sunroof from the factory, and after 6 months of owning it I realize that now I wish it had a sunroof.

Has anyone added a sunroof befor. I see that they have kits on ebay that are full glass sunroofs. Or I could do one like a Subaru STI that is just like a small hatch that flips open, It would be alot easier.

What do you guys suggest I do.

I could try to find a car that came with one, but swapping all of my parts and finding another car with a perfect body would be difficult.

How hard would it be to add a factory sunroof.

Its rare not to have one. I would never put a cheap little sunroof on a fine car. It will look...cheap.

if you have a car with a perfect body and no sunroof keep it that way. or add a 100 dollar piece of shit sunroof and devalue your car. i would never ever buy a car with an aftermarket sunroof
non sunroof cars are lighter and that added weight up that high makes a difference. it not a big deal if you just cruise around in your car however. lots of people seek out a non sunroof car. i too like a sunroof but i wouldnt want one on a track car

on a related note i have an old csl but dont want the csl, anyone know where i can get lead blocks welded to the fenders to get it to the regular spec ?
