Have these cars gained any sort of collector status yet? Trying to get my hands on a rusty two owner clean title car. Besides the rust, the car runs great, seems solid, and interior is decent. Ass bargained with the guy today, basically got him to drop his pants on the asking price.

Figure you had to do considerable rust repair and paint. Maybe a few hundred in maintenence to bring the car back to original. What would you pay?

Ive seen the car. Drove it, and poked around a bit. Many woud say mechanically, it doesent need anything.

Yea. US cars were 88 only. Only Schwarz, with black or tan interior. This one's tan.

I dont remember the exact number atm. i think a normal payment is like 7k? Most people that are selling them go for about 9-13k. I'd feel bad to low ball someone though since I hope mine is worth something one day.
