Sounds Good, I didn't add Euro or stance, but I replaced the M-technic with M3. Also replaced Aftermarket with Grey Market. I really like this list. What does everyone else think?

1. Factory Fresh - The Car is so original and clean, it looks like it just rolled off the production line.

2. Pre-Facelift - Early Taillights. (diving boards with facelift body don't count)

3. Facelift - Late Taillights.

4. M3 - E30 M3's Welcome (320is also acceptable)

5. 4-Door - Need I explain

6. Convertibles - Convertibles, hardtops welcome

7. Track - Equipped for track use

8. Ghetto - Murdered (Blacked out), Chrome, Ridiculously big wheels, Dropped

9. Original Owner - Not 3rd or 2nd owner, but Original Owner, you bought your e30 from the dealership when it was a brand new car. A Car that has been in your family since new is also acceptable.

10. Grey Market - A European Spec e30 that has been imported into the US. You most likely have ugly side-markers slapped on your fenders from the federalizing process.

11. Tourings - All e30 wagons welcome

12. Hartge/Alpina/M-technic - The Rarest of the rare. Any Hartge or Alpina e30 step forward. Must be ORIGINAL. No replicas or fakes. If M-technic, must have FULL M-tech 1 or 2 bodykit.

Overly complicated guys, 12 categories for e30's, seriously? Let the mods or admin pick one car a month and be done with it... they will pick different styles, I think they appreciate all different stlyes and levels of customized e30's. I say one car a month, admin picks it, if you dont like it wait till next month. Simple easy done. Just in this thread you have 4 fucking pages of guys bitching at each other about who wants their car picked them saying they dont want their car picked blah blah blah, this shit gets old.

I'm glad that Mr. Postnewthread found something to campaign, but when you have 12 different categories, everyone will be nominating everyone else's car and you will have the world's most confusing polling system ever. And why the fuck is there a category for "Ghetto," that sounds like it'd really be a great one.

It's a fine idea in theory, but let it happen when it happens; don't get so worked up when people bring up valid arguments about the 12 different categories being the most giant clusterfuck of all time.

and what about being nominated for more than one catergory like aftermarket and track, or most OEM and Mtech? not feeling the prefacelift one, nothing really interesting about an early model with DBs unles it somehow falls into one of the other catergories IMO. same as late model specific.

i suggest a catergory like "clean execution" when all the things on your car flow really nice together whether OEM or aftermarket. also a Best Damn Build Period category and Best Damn Restoration.
