I spent some time parting out my cabrio this weekend, and decided to take a few pictures. I will obviously have more as I get further along.









It is sad to see it go this way, though it is nice to be able to provide parts for other project cars. It is also a good way to learn how everything in the car is allembled...

Long story short, I was rear-ended while coming home from an autocross (where my friend and I had the 2 fastest times of the day in my car). Traffic had suddenly stopped in my lane, I stopped as did the car behind me. The car behind him did not, pushing the car behind me into me. I took it to the dealer, where they estimated the damage at around $11K. The insurance company called it a total loss, and cut me a check minus the buy-back price...

The interior is still for sale, btw :)

Dave...once you get to removing those sideskirts pls let me know how they attach. Our cabs have an extra trim mounting area above the rocker panels and I'm keen to know if the M-Tech sideskirts or panels attach to this in any way.
