I know someone pulled out in front of him but that does'nt matter. if he was'nt going that fast he would'nt have wrecked. Serves him right. Hopefully nobody is hurt badly or at all.

Look close the the door hinge.. thats a peice of the other cars bumper... the whole bumper got dragged about 100 ft through bushes.. then a cop pulled the rest of it off but no one could get the peice outta the door

I dont see why it matters that the kid in the Explorer had his license for only 4 days. He probably pulled out because the e46 was at a safe distance IF it had been doing a reasonable speed. I probably would have done the same thing if I were the kid and then beat the shit out of your friend for being a dumbass

because, the kid in the E46 had his license for 5 days, so he's obviously experienced enough to drive 104 in a 40.. :roll:

i wasnt there when it happened.. just 5 min later... my friend is a freakin dumbass.. go to http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/696425/1 page 3 of that to see
he has had his license for almost 3 years.. you think he would learn... he always speeds and im surprised something like this didn't happen sooner.... (he was only going 75 but still) a kid in a riced out honda told the cops he was doing at least 105.. but there were 4 other witnesses that said different plus it was .2 miles from where he pulled out of his neighborhood
