PM'd the guy that posted it. Wonder if I can easily find one to buy. Looks like just use long bolts through the euro plate holes and go through bumper support. Mount lights and done.

what would you guys like the lights to mount to???? A round bar with tabs for the lights to bolt to, square barwith tabs, or just a flat piece of steel with a hole in each end for the lights to bolt to? I would make sure that the bracket would take abuse, and not flex around no matter what style I choose.
