it's pretty easy for the back, just pull on the trailing arm after unbolting the shock. The front, not so much. You might get luck and you can get up under there with a knife or something and cut them out if your spring sits a little loose. However, if you have stock suspension, that probably won't happen and you'll have to take your strut assembly all the way out.

you might be able to fit a spring compressor on the front springs with them still in the car(and the car jacked up) and just pull the pads out. a waste though, you won't lose any significant ride height in doing that.

I'm pretty sure you'd get more like 1/8" drop. These things are thin, you wouldn't be able to tell even by putting two cars right next to each other with the exact same suspension setup, except one doesn't have pads.

Have you made a purchase from www.blunttech.com recently?

Ya. I dont think you will get a drop and it may even be noisier. It will be metal on metal basically.

Alright....well cheapest alternative to tuck the front...Camber plates that actually work are way too expensive... heres a pic of what im dealing with. Im satisfied with the rear. i just need to drop the front more.

Just worry about the drop when you get upgraded shocks and springs or coilover kit. Dont do shortcuts until you can do it right. Plus, itll perform better.

First ya gotta get rid of the reverse rake! Put the original springs back in the rears and take the rear pad out. There are some companys that will just the front springs. It looks like your gonna need about a 60mm drop to get the look.

Cheapo method = cut a coil off of front springs

Best method = coilovers, HR springs/Bilsteins, etc.

I would do it right though.

Yet another reason early-model cars rule, and late-models can suck it. Like Matt Lauer.
