I'd say to document any incident on your car. With detailed pictures, dates, facts. Then if you have real doubts about who did it, confront the guy and tell him the cops have a copy of the dossier. He won't sleep for weeks and will probably stop. When you go to see the guy, stay calm, even if he starts yelling. It'll show you are serious and in control of the situation.

Ya If I see him Ill confront him. I found out new info today from a neighbor. The he has been messing with their Hemi ram. It parks by me as well, now that thing is loud. Hes spay painted it and made a fake bomb and placed it in her truck. They had him aressted for that. There window just got shot out as well so a I talked to him about it.

Its just a the guys like 80. He has no grandkids or anything We found out a lot about him from talking to our neighbors. So he is just doing it to be a dick He probably wants us to leave. We also found out he has been complaing to the owners association about us From our land lords. Hes Making up all kind of stuff. Like if we leave our broom out he calls.

I Think he knows somethings up or is happy with what he did. I got a survalence camera that Im putting up on my balcony so hopefully if he doest it again Ill catch him.

Actually, having a digital surveillance camera that records on a hard disc is a great thing. If nothing has happened during the night, just erase. If you wake up find your car has been vandalized, then just watch the digital recording and use it as a proof. It is one thing to be a grumpy old man, charming or not, but another to destroy others' property. So now, all R3V members, let's unit and find a cheap video camera. Probably a bullet type.

That's brutal. I'm probably just going to scare him with some guns. I have my brother in law coming tonight at around 11 with his powerstroke with a 8 in stack and where going to make some noise and hide out side with our shottys. When he walks up to one of our cars we can jump out and stick them in his face its not like hes going to call the cops and explain what he was doing out there.

Ok my landlord found a way to contact his daughter She daid the guy has mental issues she even said he needs to be in a home. She thinks he has dementia and alzheimer's or somthing of that sort.
Well My landlords organizing all the neghbors hes messed with that are owners and there going to try and vote him out force in home. He also complainabout us everyday
