In order to sell a car for $45k, let alone $250k, you need credibility. He has lost any chance of having that.

I don't care how nice a car is, if the seller looks like an idiot, he probably is and I wont buy it.

Unless, of course, he doesn't actually intend on selling it and is just looking to draw attention to his "masterpiece." He doesn't list any reason for selling it.

There are numerous bunched/odd areas in the leather interior. No way he paid 20k for that.

The door alignment is off, the HAI etc. So many areas poorly done visible I hate to think of the shortcuts taken.

Why spend all that time/money and sell? He claims to have sold several great cars to fund this one.

Who among us has poured our souls into a car? Do you expect to be able to get that back if/when you sell?

I would not pay 15k for this car.

so I just got the scoop on this car from my brother...

The seller is a liar. He bought the car with the motor already in it but the car wouldnt start. So the seller took it to my cousin and uncle and they got it running and all the work was already done to the car pretty much. So the seller is just jerking people around (obviously the price is fucking rediculous)
