Cliffs notes:
Guys VW was hit HARD in a parking lot. Left an imprint in the paint and dirt on the paint of the liscence plate. They took a bumch of photos and looked at them until they could figure out the plate number. WOMAN was caught and was ticketed.Im now E30less.
