I find the m42 very rewarding to drive hard. Its a fun light weight car that if driven correctly can be very satisfying. No, it doesnt have power down low but if you keep it above 5k its great. There is no room for error with the m42, but what a great feeling when you put in a good time. Its the perfect autocross/dd in my opinion.

anywho i do agree the m42 in an e30 is great. all e30s are great! but i dont like working on m42s.
Car had to much issues man. Theres more issues then the eyes can see. I want to start fresh with a bone stock E30. So I would know what has been done to the car instead of finding random problems everyday. Yeah lol I heard your car is quite a beast.
