Hey gang, I'm the guy who did the garage work. The later portions of the work were done at 1 frame per 15 seconds, which works out to 4 frames per minute, and 240 frames per hour. The video is put together at 60 frames per second, so every 4 seconds of video is one hour of real-time work.

Just wait till the next video. I'll be stripping a slightly bent M3 down to its very FRAME, doing up the engine, then dropping it into my 318ti Club Sport. All captured in time-lapse photography.
