Hello everybody!
I've been lurking around here for a little while now, so I thought I'd finally jump in the mix and say hi!
I've tinkered on my eta for the last 6 years, and just recently nabbed a vert that's about to be the subject of some modding.
plans: sick 3.8L stroker m20.
5L Mustang crankshaft (reduced weight via angle grinder)
titanium con rods
ultra custom 7:1 CR pistons
deck the bock 50mm, then stack 34 head gaskets for widened combustion chambers
cut the intake manifold and epoxy on curly straws
aftermarket monkey in the gas tank for eco-friendly banana fuel
weld empty can of chili onto exhaust for extra 20hp at the wheels:nice:
Seriously, though, I love these e30s! I am also building a stroker in my garage, but the idea is for it to actually work. Block goes in for boring on monday....
(progress can be found here http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1358683)
All in all, it's gonna be fun! you guys get to read about me messing stuff up, and I get to learn things!.......and hopefully eat some hondas too
