Long drives=sore back?

I find every generation of 3 series non-sport seats absolutely terrible. E30, E36, E46, I've felt them all, and every time I feel uncomfortable within 5 minutes.
I find E30 sport seats quite comfortable for long periods of time, no pains at all. E46 sports are very good also, just lacking a bit of lateral support. I haven't been in Vaders for longer than an hour or so, but they felt great.

I hated the leatherette sport seats for long drives. It was one of the main reasons I ditched them for Corbeaus. Although the corbeaus weren't the greatest build quality, my back didn't hurt after long drives.
The leather sport seats were much better, so perhaps it was just the leatherette causing issues.

I use non-sport seats with almost vertical seatback and decently far form the wheel (I'm a spider), and I have no comfort issue with my car. granted, it doesn't feel like a tempur-pedic mattress or anything, it just isnt as bad as my mother or father's 97 toyota seats. Specfically my dad's tercel seats....those things are fucking terrible. A few minutes into it you want to die, btu with my old BMW non-sports, I can feel totally at hme, and completely comfortable.- 2000 Audi S4 Stg 2 (sold)
