cheapest way to ship front valence?

i am in the process of selling my front valence for metal bumpers on ebay right now.. i was just wondering what would be the cheapest route to go to ship it?

    USPS or UPS

does USPS even ship stuff that big?

    TIA

Generally for larger items, UPS will be better, but also check DHL and Fed Ex.

The box is too big for USPS. FedEx Ground cost me $44 to New York from Oregon.

You won't find any place cheaper than FedEx's Ground service.
